Whether motivated by real concern or a cynical desire for power she could have displayed her ability to coordinate a response first hand, leveraging the power of the federal government in a way uniquely available only to her, quelling doubts and clinching the election

But she can’t, not just because she hates the communities this hurricane impacted but because she is genuinely incapable of leading anything

She is a puppet, a mask for the oligarchy to wear, she doesn’t have the intelligence, competence, bravery, or charisma required to seize the opportunity for leadership when it comes, even if only for her own personal gain
