Began in fall 2017 as a vehicle for promoting Progressive Millennial VA candidates. After election, I still want to be an advocate for our young progressives.
@ChrisHurstVA OK Del. Hurst get your NoVA jokes in if you must, but I want to make clear, 99% of NoVA-ians cannot afford to eat in this restaurant. I know people love to think everyone in NoVA's rich, but the truth is more complicated.
You are still funny on twitter though, so whatever.
I’m excited to share that I’m exploring a run for Attorney General of Virginia in 2021, and I wanted to let you know why.

@GovernorVA @VHDA Governor, evictions should be on hold for as long as the shutdown lasts. Doesn't make sense to have different deadlines, April 26 for renters, June 10 for the rest of the state.
@GovernorVA Governor, you're going to need to hire a lot more people to answer unemployed people's calls for unemployment checks. Hearing reports of people on hold for hours and not getting through to someone. #AskGovNortham
Thank you.
When we are through this crisis, there should be a monument built in DC with the names of all the health care providers who gave their lives helping others. Should always be remembered and honored for generations.
Virginia corporate lobbyists should spend one single day as a home care provider or grocery store worker during a pandemic.
Then we can ask them whether they still believe the min wage should be 7.25 and workers don’t deserve paid sick days.
There are families working 40/hrs a week making $14,000/yr. Today we changed that. Virginians should be able to work one job and make a living. Everyone deserves access to the American dream. We are closing the income inequality gap. A win for the people!
So let’s not forget that while for some youth, minimum wage jobs are an opportunity to learn work ethic, begin building their resume, & earn expendable income, for other youth they are also a necessity, needed to help pay for rent, food, and basic human subsistence.
