Virk Questions Blue Guardian Over Permanent Account Ban
Trader Virk has publicly questioned Blue Guardian after his accounts were permanently banned just one day before he became eligible for a fourth payout. He says he failed two initial $200K accounts, later became profitable on two more, and received three payouts before the ban. Virk is now asking the firm to identify the specific trade or rule violation behind the decision, saying he wants a clear explanation and fair review.
My experience with @BlueGuardiancom deserves an explanation.
I purchased two $200K accounts initially and failed both. I accepted that, fixed my strategy, improved my discipline, and purchased another two $200K accounts.
This time, I became consistently profitable.
After my second payout, Blue Guardian reduced my Guardian Shield to 0.5%. I was not given a clear reason. Instead of complaining, I tightened my risk management even further, continued trading within the rules, and reached my third payout.
That third payout was PAID.
I was then only one day away from becoming eligible for my fourth payout when Blue Guardian blocked my accounts and permanently banned me from the platform.
I have repeatedly asked one simple question:
What exact rule did I break?
So far, I have received no specific explanation.
I am confident that I did not knowingly breach the trading rules or engage in any unethical practice. If Blue Guardian believes otherwise, I am asking them to identify the specific trade, rule, or conduct that justified permanently banning me.
My challenge to @seanbaint and the @BlueGuardiancom team is simple:
Show me one legitimate rule violation that justifies the ban, and if I am proven wrong, I will publicly acknowledge it and apologise.
If there was no rule violation, then restore my accounts and publicly acknowledge what happened.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency and a fair explanation.

My experience with Blue Guardian and why I’m asking publicly for transparency.
I initially purchased two $200K accounts and failed both. I accepted those failures, fixed my strategy and risk management, then purchased another two $200K accounts.
This time, I became consistently profitable.
2/ After my second payout, Blue Guardian reduced my Guardian Shield to 0.5%.
I was not given a clear explanation for why.
Instead of complaining, I tightened my risk management even further and continued trading under the new restriction.
3/ I continued producing consistent results.
My dashboard showed multiple profitable trading days, including:
+$1,218
+$1,071
+$1,431
+$1,089
+$1,083
Another period included +$898, +$1,240, +$932, +$1,066, +$1,595, +$978, +$990 and +$984.
4/ My Blue Guardian dashboard showed $13,000 in total payouts.
Both of my $200K accounts were still displayed as active, with balances around $206,633 and $204,872.96.
On one account, the dashboard also showed $0 max loss used and 0 soft breaches.
5/ I reached my third payout and Blue Guardian paid it.
I was then approximately one trading day away from completing the requirement toward my next payout when I received an email saying my trading behaviour was “not in line” with their policies and my funded account would be closed.
6/ Naturally, I asked the most basic question:
What exactly did I do wrong?
Their written response:
they were unable to provide “additional details regarding the specific findings, internal risk parameters, or detection methods.”
They also stated that the decision was final.
7/ Before the account closure was completed, I was also required to sign an NDA in connection with the payout/closure process.
I continued asking for clarification because I genuinely wanted to understand what trading behaviour they considered unacceptable.
I am now also unable to access my Blue Guardian dashboard.
8/ To be clear: I am not claiming I should be exempt from Blue Guardian’s rules.
If I breached a rule, show me the rule and the relevant trading activity.
I have repeatedly asked for that information and, so far, Blue Guardian has declined to provide the specific findings behind the decision.
9/ So my question to @seanbaint and @BlueGuardiancom team is straightforward:
Identify one specific rule violation from my trading that justified permanently banning me.
If I am proven wrong, I will publicly acknowledge it and apologise.
10/ But if no specific rule violation can be identified, then I believe Blue Guardian should reconsider the decision, restore my accounts, and explain publicly why a consistently profitable trader was removed despite being paid and despite repeated requests for clarification.
I’ll continue sharing the documented timeline, screenshots and correspondence and let traders form their own opinion.

funny thing about trading
you can spend 2 hours finding the perfect setup
then ruin the whole thing in 30 seconds because you changed your risk 😂
execution is everything
Something I think prop firms get wrong sometimes
they talk too much
traders usually want simple answers
what are the rules
what can I trade
how do payouts work
what happens if something goes wrong
clear communication goes a long way

@BlueGuardiancom has locked me out of my two 200k accounts and gave no reason whatsoever, I challenge @seanbaint to give me a one good reason why @BlueGuardiancom locked me out of my accounts
