Look out! We're going back to Virginia. More Details to come! Meet the team, exclusive merch, and the release of a new original song featuring the newest generation of 46Notes!
While both positions share certain expectations, we're looking for different personality traits and strengths depending on the responsibilities involved.
For Social Media Managers, we're primarily looking for individuals who are creative, outgoing, adaptable and familiar with online communities and current trends. Someone who understands how to engage audiences, represent our brand professionally, and develop creative strategies to increase visibility. We value individuals who are comfortable taking initiative, proposing new ideas and collaborating with others.
For Talent Managers, we're looking for individuals who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, patience, professionalism and sound judgment. This position involves working directly with our talents, understanding their individual needs, addressing concerns, coordinating opportunities and maintaining a positive working relationship between the talent and the agency. We particularly value individuals who can remain objective, handle sensitive situations discreetly, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
For both positions, we place significant importance on communication, accountability, reliability and the ability to accept constructive feedback. We don't expect applicants to know everything coming into the position, but we do expect a willingness to learn, grow and contribute positively to our organization.
Ultimately, we're not looking for one specific personality type. We recognize that different personalities bring different strengths to a team. What matters most to us is whether an individual's attitude, work ethic and approach to their responsibilities align with the expectations of their position and the professional environment we're building at Virtual Pulse LLC.
I hope that helps clarify the distinction between the two roles!
@BushidoAiji The entertainment industry is an extremely dynamic profession. We aren't a typical 9-5 agency. We have moments where the work load is light and other times where we need all hands on deck in preparation for upcoming events we're attending.
@BushidoAiji Great question! Compensation is negotiated during the hiring process based on the role and experience of the individual. It would be unfair to have the same rate for someone with zero experience vs someone with 10 years of experience. This is why we dont openly have a set rate
@Kiko_Carina Sending our deepest condolences to you and your family. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Virtual Pulse family, and we love you dearly. Take all the time you need we’ll always be here to support you. ❤️
