@GetSpectrum Explain how its possible that you have the resources to literally send me 5-6 pieces of mail a week trying to get me to "upgrade" my service but it takes 11 days to send a technician to my house to fix internet that is currently operating at 1/10th my service speed.
@Delta will never fly with you again. #GettyFire act of god and can’t get to airport so apparently that means I lose 35k #skymiles used for upgrade. Absurd policy and customer service after 2 hour hold on phone.
