I love this country, founded by liberal/radicals who knew what freedom was. America was designed perfectly. Any issues are in the execution!

Dr. Paul Sracic of YSU pointed out this Atlantic Magazine article which discusses why western diplomacy is not effective with nations run by despots with different 'interests' than what is expected. Wouldn't it be nice if the realpolitik discussion the author suggests were used!
