The biggest mistake I made as a crypto trader was thinking crypto was the whole market.
For a long time, my idea of “the market” was simple.
Bitcoin moves.
Alts follow.
Liquidity rotates.
Find the setup. Take the trade.
And when crypto was slow?
I waited.
That was the part I had wrong.
I was so used to looking for opportunities inside one market that I rarely thought about what was happening outside it.
There are over 50,000 listed companies around the world.
Commodities are pricing the raw materials the global economy depends on every day. ETFs can give exposure to hundreds of companies through a single instrument.
Different markets. Different forces moving them.
A company can move because of earnings.
Oil can move because of changes in supply.
An emerging market can be driven by demographics and economic growth.
Crypto can be moving for an entirely different reason.
That changed the way I think about markets.
The lesson wasn't that I needed to trade everything.
It was that understanding more markets gives me a wider view of where opportunities can exist.
Because while one market is slow, another can be moving.
Sometimes crypto is where the interesting move is.
Sometimes it isn't.
That's one idea that stood out to me from the first part of Opportunity Compass, an educational initiative by @MEXC built around a simple principle:
Know the Market, Know Your Opportunities.
And I think that's a useful mindset for anyone coming from crypto into traditional markets.
Don't just ask, “What can I trade?”
First understand what you're looking at and what actually moves it.
@MEXC created Opportunity Compass to go deeper into these ideas and help traders better understand the markets beyond crypto.

Does Anyone Have A Clue Why Cuke Is Getting Abuducted?
What could aliens possibly want with him?

Getting a job is actually not bad advice.
I know most people don't want to hear it, but you're probably better off getting a job than still spending time and money in the memecoin trenches, glazing randoms for WL spots, or doing $20 USD per post InfoFi campaigns.
Get a job. Do crypto on the side.
Once you gain momentum, go full-time.
Don't quit crypto, there are still tons of opportunities to change your life. But it can take time
Meaning:
Nobody can run away with the funds later.
The contract controls the payout.
⇨ Not emotions.
⇨ Not favoritism.
⇨ Not excuses.
That’s a huge upgrade from traditional online contests.
Imagine MrBeast challenges… but nobody has to ask:
‘Wait… is the prize real?’
That’s the first thing I thought about when I found @darevault_io
And the more I looked into it, the more it made sense.
Because this isn’t just some random “Web3 project.”
So, why the buzz?
