NON-Gym goals for the year:
-Get better at grounding techniques for anxiety
-Treat self like someone I'm responsible for helping
-Get at least 2 raises
-Master Ike FS OOS tech
-Get into blacksmithing (finally)
-Take better care of the plants
@ICYoyoLamar That's called a pump, or transient hypertrophy. It's basically a collection of water, intracellular glycogen and metabolites in the surrounding muscles. Typically only last a few hours post exercise.
Since verbalizing/ sharing your goals with others STATISTICALLY makes them more likely to be reached, here are my 2025 goals:
-work on anxiety
-drink 2L of water per day
-200lb bodyweight (lean ish)
-225 bench
-405 deadlift
-315 squat
