Hello all, a foodie friend is off to Paris and is struggling to plot a path through and stellar highs and gruesome lows of the city's dining scene. Does anyone have a list of great places, from destination dining to neighbourhood diners and bakeries, they'd be willing to share?

The problem with a lot of food & beverage is that the chef knows what to do with a pan & little else. The staff can't be blamed as they haven't had the proper training as a lot of managers don't have a clue either. Viscious circle!
@UKHospKate@Mr_NCPA @martincahill_01 @seatat_thetable But have any of them got a passion and understanding for running Hospitality businesses ie have any of them run or owned Hotels , restaurants , cafes , bars that make their own food train their own staff try and pay their bills cost a menu with daily changing costs etc etc !
