Once it's stacked, it has no duration, so it can be primed and ready until its off CD again.
Once its off CD, you can actually force proc it by clicking the trinket and beginning to stack it again.

@AutomaticJak Worth noting that the data on sarkareth is very scewed by the fact that the boss got a 20% dmg taken nerf yesterday. So there is fuck all to heal on the fight now.

@DarkshoreCap @angryrockslide Yea, there really was no good tools for managing healing cds before i made mine public.
All the support means i have done as much as i can to improve it. Hopefully one day healers wont have to cast their own spells. They just load up Viserio.exe, ???, recieve loot.
