@RajeshwariRW You can't do that in a democratic nation. Especially in a country like India with various religious backgrounds and caste based system that the democracy supports. You can only spread awareness but not enforce.
@pransu_upadhyay What's wrong with you 😂
Finding reasons to put down someone else's win is dirty and cheap. Please don't spoil reputation of Indian fans with your distasteful tweets.
I thought you had moved on from olympiad and chess as per your tweets. Please do 🙏🏻
@CricCrazyVeena@Cric_Beyond_Ent Women's team was handed over the trophy first by Abhijit Kunte. They held it for a few seconds and passed it back. Probably because it was genuinely heavy. That's why it went to men's team.

Congrats to the men’s team for the silver and the women’s team for the bronze! 👏🇮🇳
We’ve come a long way over the years, with both our teams growing stronger each year. Now, with such an incredible pool of young talent, we’ve reached a stage where anything less than gold can feel disappointing but silver is still a fantastic achievement.
In a team event, everything has to fall into place, and winning gold every time simply isn’t possible. The players gave their all and fought until the very end. I am incredibly proud of the team🇮🇳 #ChessOlympiad
P.S. I’ll definitely miss the fun team meetings. I had such a great time with this young, dynamic and vibrant team! ❤️
@CMOTamilnadu@TVKVijayHQ Two coaches from these teams are also from Tamil Nadu. GM Srinath Narayanan was the captain of men's (open) team and GM Arjun Kalyan was one of the coach from women's team. While you celebrate the players, it's important to celebrate them too
@DeveshsK_ Seriously the "Long Off" guy is too toxic. I am glad I called him out on his tweets. He has been super toxic in various tweets and then suddenly started praising the Indian team after medals were confirmed. Fans like them are a curse to the sport.
@NaikSV5 You're pretty toxic for someone who calls themselves a "fan"
Can only support when they win gold/championships but not when the players actually need the love and support
@NaikSV5 Exactly why he opted for board 4! Because he isn't at his best shape to sit on top boards. Board 4 doesn't just give him the confidence that he needs before the WC, but also guarantees points for the team. It's the same effect as playing Arjun on B3 in previous editions
@NaikSV5 All Olympiads are not and can never be the same in current times. Irrespective of individual forms of players. 2022 and 2024 UZB team performances were diff and similarly 2024 and 2026 IND team. You can do everything right but it still might not click
@HavaldarAnkith@Cric_Beyond_Ent All the coaches you mentioned were there when we won gold in 2024. You think those medals were won by fluke? Think before you write something
@Ankiii_i Because he has openly vocalised on multiple occasions that he isn't motivated to play anymore. He is semi-retired.
It's always better to field players who are motivated and hungry rather than someone who isn't.
