Today I booked @nammayatri around 9:50 PM from Basaveshwaranagar to Srirampura Metro Station, after waiting for few minutes the driver did not show up or rather answered when tried contacting. The app showed driver moving in different direction and later had to cancel the ride.

From over charging with deviating routes & cheap gimmicks insisting customer himself to increase fares in the name of tip “No wonder middle class life has become a struggle” these days as regular auto drivers honestly don’t turn on their meters even in emergency situations !

So post this experience the only question is all about safety reliability & trust. When these aspects itself are missing as your customer service completely runs on BOT kindly advice @ssvmani how I need to address these concerns ?

This is pathetic service despite having better foreign brands available, I chose to support an Indian brand, drawn by their "Indian-born" narrative. However, it feels like you are exploiting the emotions of athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to back a homegrown company.
