@RailOneIndia This is the worst platform to do the reservation if you cancel the ticket your money will not be refunded and the app doesn't provite the customer care support to help the passengers. @RailMinIndia @RailMadad @RailwaySeva @Central_Railway

I have cancelled my train tickets on 08.03.2026 and till today my refund is not credited in my bank account really the railone app is horrible and useless.The status is showing that my money is credited in some SuperApp Mobile PG. Please do the needful @RailMadad @RailOneIndia
