I originally ordered one Highlander jeans. The jeans I received were already in poor condition �� they were dirty and had no stretchability in certain areas.

First, I compromised on the condition of the original Highlander jeans and opted for an exchange instead of raising a complaint. Then the replacement arrived with an entirely different set of issues.
