@JioCare You guys have the worst customer service. My internet has been interrupted from last two weeks and whenever I try to call you, all I get is an AI response. You don’t allow me connect to a human. Not able to raise a ticket for internet shutdown.
Hello @OfficialStarAir, I had booked a flight from Hyderabad - Jharsuguda on first May 1, 2026 with flight number, S5226. Two days ago I have got a confirmation message from you that the flight has been cancelled.
I have tried contacting customer care but no response from your team, I have emailed the same for refund but there is no response from your team.
Is this how you are treating your customers for refunds??
