This creates huge confusion while traveling especially who are not aware about this system. Don't you provide an option on online mode that anyhow you can travel like Counter ticket although ticket is on WL.@AshwiniVaishnaw @raosaheboffice @IRCTCofficial

Hey @RailMinIndia , when you book ticket online mode and it's on WL after chart prepared then you are not allowed to travel in the train & if you have taken ticket from counter you are allowed to travel. This needs to be changed.
