2. If I have PUC, then why 10yrs and 15yrs validity in delhi?

@nitin_gadkari Please do not enforce strict bs6 rules if you cannot provide basic facilities like PUC done easily. Have to visit 10s of fuel stations to get bs6 vehicle get it's PUC done in delhi. Also, they ask for extra money to do so. Enforcement of law need services first sir
