My 68-yr-old Dad's Motorola G57 (₹21,000) died in 10 days — no damage, no water. @Moto Noida service centre falsely claims it was "opened outside" & stopped his calls. This is #SeniorCitizenHarassment not a warranty dispute. Replacement or refund, not excuses.

@Moto @MotorolaUS support escalated this on 28 July, promising a resolution within 24-48 hrs. That window has now passed. No update, confirmation on replacement, or the status of the phone still at their Sector 18, Noida service center. Your own promised timeline has quietly expired.
