Worst customer service experience . My Jio fibre land line is it working properly, connected to your customer care executive , they denied to accept complaint .. put me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected.

@JioCare @Milind_MMD I too took a Jio fiber connection a few months back . in land line . Some times it rings continuously without any actual incoming calls, and the ring will not stop till be pick the phone.
Now, since last one week , whenever a call comes , we are unable to hear anything
