Captaincy filters is needed fot mediocre players who have been 3rd class performers for their sides.

@ashurulebreaker @mufaddal_vohra @Madbruiser That 15 year old's 36 ball century also came in losing cause this season. But whenever Kohli scored 50+ in last 2 years (and he scored many bdw) his team never lost even a single match. Now this kind of impact cant be measured, but its always there.
