CEO of Vision Voice Africa, Mr. Mmaduka Okwuwanne, Embarks on Strategic Asia Tour to Combat Human Trafficking

Lagos, Nigeria — July 24, 2025

The CEO of Vision Voice Africa, Mr. Mmaduka Okwuwanne, will today, July 15, 2025, depart from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, en route to Indonesia. From there, he will proceed to the Philippines and other Asian countries as part of a significant Asia tour focused on addressing the critical issue of human trafficking.

This tour underscores Mr. Okwuwanne’s dedication to the fight against human trafficking, particularly the trafficking of African girls and young women. During his visit, he will hold high-level discussions with authorities and stakeholders in the countries he visits to explore collaborative strategies for rescuing trafficked Africans and facilitating their safe return to their families.

Mr. Okwuwanne is calling on all relevant authorities in Nigeria and across Africa to support Vision Voice Africa’s mission to eradicate human trafficking from the continent. He also urges members of African communities across Asia to come forward with any vital information regarding trafficked persons so that timely rescue efforts can be carried out.

“This is a call to action,” Mr. Okwuwanne said. “Every African life matters, and together we can put an end to this crime against humanity.”

Vision Voice Africa remains committed to protecting the dignity and rights of every African and ensuring that victims of trafficking are not forgotten but rescued, rehabilitated, and reunited with their loved ones.
