The BDA had allotted a CA Site on a 30 year lease period for the purpose of establishing a school in Devarachikkanahalli, BTM Layout in 2014 to the Siddhartha Vihar Trust based on their board resolution in 2010.

Some of the landowners had filed a case against BDA seeking denotification of the land in the High Court of Karnataka. The matter is sub judice and these legal issues are between BDA and the earlier landowners.

The property belongs to BDA and the trust is only a lessee. The trust is awaiting and will abide the final orders of the Hon'ble Court.

The balance sheet of the trust has been submitted to all the relevant authorities from time to time which reflects this site.

The writ petition and appeal in the Hon'ble High Court are also a matter of public record which obviously you are blind to.

From 2010 to 2023, the BJP had five Chief Ministers in charge and they never seemed concerned about these issues?
