A huge thank you to @vistacommunity for being For The City! This group not only raked, planted, assembled & painted at The 411 House, but offered to do yardwork for our neighbors who jumped in and helped clean up the whole street. That is what being FOR your city is all about! 🧡
The Trojans volunteered at Feed My Sheep in downtown Temple this morning as part of @VistaCommunity For the City community service project.
I love these guys. Wins will come. Character will stay.

Thank you to Austin, Matt, and Grant from @VistaCommunity church for coming by today to bless our athletic buildings and pray for our athletes and coaches! Great people with a great heart for this community! 2020 school year is here. Let’s Do This!!!

Given the current chaos that is the upcoming school year, the message from @VistaCommunity was exactly what I needed: “The key to doing more, doing better starts by carving out moments and seasons to stop all the doing...and being in the presence of God. Stop doing and just be.”
Need help helping people? Here's a "Be a Good Neighbor" Card. You can print it off and drop at your neighbor's door. Very helpful tool we're using @VistaCommunity Church! Link here: https://t.co/I5DktbN0Ld
In middle of COVID-19, we are finding stories of beauty and hope. People are rising to the occasion with an abundance of generosity, hospitality, creativity, ingenuity, and love.
Do you have a story to share? We want to hear about it!

This semester, I set out to intentionally study innovation in Christian Witness alongside @pilgrim_witness. I’ve read some history on innovation, talked with current ministry innovators, and now get to watch the church innovate in real time! @VistaCommunity Student ministry live!
We would like to thank the amazing folks from @VistaCommunity for your tireless work on the Hope House basketball court and picnic tables.

“Repentance doesn’t mean being sorry. It means you reject an old way of thinking, being, and doing, in favor of a new way of thinking, being, and doing—it means to turn around.” @austintfischer@VistaCommunity#Advent#AwaitingTheKing
It’s not everyday that you show up to a half court basketball court in your backyard! 🏀🙌🏽
@vistacommunity THANK YOU for being “For The City” and for your amazing generosity.
Merry Christmas, guys. ❤️🌲
“What do you think someone should become before they become a Christian?”
“What kind of person would you be if you didn’t rejoice when different kind of people were coming to Christ?”
“Remember, God shows no favoritism.”

Thank you for being @VistaCommunity today!
Today was the very first Hoops Huddle Camp! Our #RWYCkids worked on their basketball skills, got to know their coaches and teammates better during huddle time, and enjoyed a yummy pizza dinner before heading home! @VistaCommunity@tdtnews
Tonight @VistaCommunity college students hosted homeless families in our building while simultaneously an awesome volunteer team of LPC’s, Social Workers, & Financial Advisors helped other families with financial needs. Thankful for a church that lives out the kingdom so well.
Hey Vista young adults! Brave the rain to meet us at Arusha's at 6:30pm to hang out with other young adults in the community. Can't wait to see you there!
“The last word we hear about Bathsheba is not that she was taken by some man...it was that she was received into the family of God” -@austintfischer@VistaCommunity
Wow. Wow. Wow. What a power sermon. Thank you Austin for sharing this.
