@quant_arb If you give ChatGPT very clear instructions, for very specific modular code, in a consistent context and with reminders around expected standards and consistency etc - it can produce some very serviceable python. Rotten with positivity bias etc, but does well if you ask properly!

@EndTribalism What is he talking about? You can both trust experts and also hold them accountable (ie expect that their expertise is both justified and objective). But having experts IS a major part of science! You can’t just constantly start from scratch by randomly ‘doing your own research’
