@alanjohnson03 @dpd_uk @DPDgroup_news I’ll break it down for you… the driver comes around, take the pic, didn’t even get close enough to trigger the camera, after less than 30 seconds someone else goes by and trigger the camera to start recording (quite common, I live in a main street)

@alanjohnson03 @dpd_uk @DPDgroup_news The camera is set up to record 30 seconds before and after someone is detected, the camera was trigger by someone else that pass after him, that’s how sneaky the driver was.

@groupstageexit @PaulMBigland Calling the customer service number is just to vent, not to actually get anything fix or sorted.
That’s my experience, they can’t even contact the driver and there is no manager or anyone “in charge” to complaint about…. Horrible experience
