@MrChuckD While I look quite the opposite of Young MC - I can surprise folks when I rip this classic on the karaoke machine. At 10 y/o, it was the first hip hop track I remembered word-for-word. I remember trying to convince my English teacher it was a solid example of iambic pentameter.
@djmarkfarina I’ve taught my 7 y/o son how to play a record (actually started when he was 5). First records he liked were Kraftwerk because he likes robots and trains.
@optimiced@zeldman@erikiva I also wonder if it will become applauded for those who can still code something on their own (when all else’s is machine built). Like what’s impressive if everyone just has the machine do it? Like espresso at a good coffee shop…
This conservative Republican, who describes himself as “anti-woke as you can get,” warns Ohio lawmakers that a bill to ban gender-affirming care for teenagers is appalling. He said he learned the complexities of the issue from raising a transgender son. (Reposted due to typo)
@Dart_Adams 1000000% - it may “mimic” but it could never replicate/understand/feel someone’s life experience- therefore it could never create anything unique on its own. Like how could AI possibly know how Primo feels at 60y/o vs what he’s made when he was younger.
