What happened today in Ariko community, Kachia LGA, Kaduna State, Nigeria, is heartbreaking. Terrorists attacked worshippers during Easter Sunday services at St. Augustine Catholic Church and the nearby First ECWA Church, killing at least seven innocent people and abducting several others, including women and children.
This senseless violence turned a day meant for celebration and resurrection into one of grief and fear for the community.
Attacks on Christian gatherings have sadly become recurring in the Middle Belt region. They will still tell you itโs not religiously related.๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐
