@IsaChandra not a meat recipe, but a wine request: please include some wine pairings! wine gets paired with meat all the time, would love to see that normalized for veg peeps. I think it'd also be different cuz you might have less fat to bind with alcohol/acid, etc. @viv_yells chime in plz

@txchick57 @IsaChandra I had a dope recipe back in the day from a zine that I believe was called Asian Cajun and effectively it was this: sub a plain unsweetened soy (or almond) milk, and sautee quartered button mushrooms. Pretty fucking solid sub for crawfish. yum yum yum.
