Earlier today I received a call from @AIRTEL_KE. No, it was an automated call asking me to remain patient for the #5GInternet. Remember we are now in Week 2 of waiting.

First I called @AIRTEL_KE customer care about my request for 5G internet connection. They raised a ticket and told me to wait someone will reach out.

Seven days later I again called @AIRTEL_KE customer service. She said someone will call you back in one hour. It's now 24 hours later. No indication of the 5G internet installation.

Do you @AIRTEL_KE have a way of harvesting #CustomerExperience at your #airtelshop? I was at your shop at the #JunctionMall and it was a horrible experience. Maybe I should do and post a longer write-up about it.

It takes a whooping 7 days for @AIRTEL_KE to install a 5G internet device. Meanwhile their competitors are knocking on my door to install a similar device. Who is the clear winner?
