1. Mainlanders DO have rights in NE - you can live, work, study, start business in all NE states. Lakhs do. Article 371 doesn't stop you, it just protects tribal land, same as land laws in Himachal protect locals.

2. Calling a whole culture "sick" is exactly what mainland racists do to NE people. If you hated it when they did it to you, why are you doing the same to Nagas now?

1. You say "Naga culture is abusive". There are 2 million Nagas. Were 2 million people inside that house in Senapati? No. 2-3 armed men were. So it's not culture, it's criminals.

2. You ask "Why can't Nagas accept mistake?" - The killers should accept mistake and surrender. Why should a Naga student in Kohima or a Naga farmer in Ukhrul accept blame for a murder he didn't do? Would you accept blame for every murder done by someone from your community?

3. You say "hold them accountable" - but you are not holding anyone accountable. You have not named one killer. You have not demanded one arrest. You have only abused a culture on X. That is not accountability, that is cowardice.

This kind of hate speech is the real sickness. You are blaming an entire Naga culture for the actions of some armed criminals. Nagas are not sick - murderers are sick, whether they kill in Senapati or anywhere. Don't drag a whole culture into this. Criminals killed Rocky and Kumar, not all Nagas. If you want justice, ask for arrest of the killers, not hate against a community.

I'd say this:

What she allegedly did is irresponsible and dangerous.

1. *It disrespects the law.* Harassment is a serious crime. Using it as a tool to avoid a Rs. 250 ticket makes a mockery of it.

2. *It hurts real victims.* When someone makes a false case, the next time a real victim comes forward, people doubt her. False cases are the biggest enemy of true victims.

3. *It can destroy an innocent person's life.* That TTE was just doing his job. One false accusation could have cost him his job and reputation. It's about a person making a very wrong choice to save herself by putting an innocent person at risk. She should face action for false accusation - regardless of gender.

*Equality* = Give same Rs 10 to all districts.
*Equity* = Give Rs 20 to Mon because it is backward, and Rs 10 to Kohima because it is already developed. So that Mon can catch up.

Bro that math is for business, not for government. Nagaland's money is 90% from Central Govt, it's not just from Dimapur tax. That central money is given to develop ALL Nagaland, especially backward areas.

Bro your example is wrong.Starbucks is a private business, it needs profit. Goverment is not a business. Goverment's job is to develop all districts, not just crowded ones. If we only develop places with more people, how will Mon ever grow? People leave Mon because there is less development. Good roads and Colleges will bring growth there too.
