Warning - my experience of AVG Technologies has been appalling. They have £80 of my money which they are refusing to refund despite acknowledging taking it was not authorised. They also refuse to engage with my bank. Over to @AVGSupport

You buy something in a store but you need a different size you go back and swop it, no? Be aware that online purchases from @MonsoonUK don’t necessarily work like that. Bought at £47 just a few days ago, I need this item in a smaller size. It’s now £75! @MonsoonUK won’t budge.
