@coolfunnytshirt My coach at the University always used to say Cricket builds character. I don't know about the kids nowadays on what they are being coached.
@Cricket_live247 Playing great in IPL,but lacks a range of shots. Test cricket will bring out the real mettle. And please don't ever compare him to Sachin or Lara.
Benefits of living as a Hindu

No need for circumcision...
No need to get baptized...
_No need to wake up early and go to the temple... Only those with faith need to go.
_When you feel like going, you can go to any temple without checking caste, language, or worship rituals.
_Even if you go or don’t go, the temple priest or committee members won’t glare at you...
_Won’t be branded as someone without fear of God... Won’t be excommunicated... Won’t be condemned to a “rogue’s grave” when dead...
_No need for a good conduct certificate from religious heads to get married...
No need for recommendation letters...
_No one goes to the temple to inquire “what kind of guy he is”... The bride’s family won’t check if he’s a religious believer...
_No one checks if the girl is a religious believer, a “916 Hindu”, or lives by Hindu customs...
_You can live peacefully with one or two children as you wish.
_Since there’s no ban on drinking alcohol, no need to go crazy using ganja or drugs.
_You can watch movies, dance, sing — with no restrictions.
_You can lend money at interest, or borrow it.

_From creation to the structure of the universe — nothing here is against modern science.
_If you have time and study the Vedas, you can answer any atheist’s question.
_No separate laws for women...
No special prohibitions for women...
_If a woman dances, no crowd will gather to abuse her... They’ll clap and encourage her...
_From childhood, send her for dance... send her for music... send her for sports...
_No need to cover the face or head. Can wear clothes of choice...
_No separate dining area for her... No bans in crowds... no rules... no prohibitions...
_You can pray to the God of any religion. Can hang a star, set up a crib, celebrate any festival,
_Even if you don’t get them in return, you can send Christmas, Easter, Eid, Nabi Day wishes to friends. No one will question you;

Pleasant, beautiful, peaceful, free... Life as you like!!
_If asked “Do you have a religion?” — Yes... If asked “Don’t you have a religion?” — No.
Missed one thing...
No need to fight for a spot in the cemetery for the funeral... Just need some firewood.
@RShivshankar MLA, Ministers, ias, IPS all are public servants as defined by constitution and reiterated by SC. I don't understand the hypocrisy that to be a servant why are these guys so enamored? From the past 3 weeks I am searching for a servant to take care of my aged mother and in vain.
Her name is Pooja Singhal.
She was born in Dehradun in 1978. At 21 she cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in her first attempt, securing All India Rank 10.
She was among the youngest IAS officers of her batch. Her name was entered in the Limca Book of Records.
At her interview, she reportedly pledged she would spend her career working for “the poorest of the poor.”
She was posted to the Jharkhand cadre in 2000 as one of the first IAS officers of the newly formed state.
She rose steadily through the bureaucracy. By 2022 she had become the Mining Secretary of Jharkhand, one of the most powerful positions in a mineral rich state.
On May 6 2022, the Enforcement Directorate raided 18 premises linked to her across Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Delhi and Punjab.
At the Ranchi premises of her chartered accountant Suman Kumar, investigators recovered Rs 17.49 crore in cash.
Banknote counting machines were brought in to count it. The total cash recovery across locations was reported at Rs 19.31 crore.
Pooja Singhal was arrested on May 11 2022.
ED investigators later traced part of the alleged money trail to Khunti district, where she had served as Deputy Commissioner between 2008 and 2011.
The ED alleged that Rs 18.06 crore linked to MGNREGA funds had been embezzled during her tenure.
MGNREGA is the government scheme that guarantees 100 days of paid work every year to rural households.
The poorest of the poor.
The ED also alleged that funds linked to the case were invested in a hospital associated with her husband.
The agency later provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs 82.77 crore linked to her in Ranchi.
Her bail was rejected by the PMLA court in August 2022.
Rejected again by the Jharkhand High Court in November 2022.
Rejected by the Supreme Court in April 2024.
During proceedings, the Supreme Court described it as an “extraordinary case” and remarked that there was “something seriously wrong.”
She spent 28 months in jail.
On December 7 2024, a special PMLA court granted her bail.
The Jharkhand government revoked her suspension and reinstated her, effective the same date.
The ED opposed her reinstatement. The PMLA court rejected the ED’s plea to bar her from a government posting, stating that it was beyond the court’s jurisdiction.
The investigation and trial are still ongoing.
At 21, she reportedly told the UPSC board she wanted to work for the poorest of the poor.
The funds the ED alleges were embezzled were meant for exactly those people.

Old mock interview of civil servant Akash Kumar Rauniyar, Circle Officer, Sasaram, Bihar.
From his speech, he looked like an honest and upright officer, and he did prove it. When the Vigilance team caught him today for allegedly demanding a ₹3 lakh bribe to resolve a disputed land mutation case, they were surprised to find that Akash treats common people and his peers equally. The person he allegedly sought the bribe from was a revenue employee from his own department.
Dayan bhi saat ghar chhod deti hai, but Akash doesn't. He has set an example for officers: give special favours to no one and treat those you serve and those you serve with equally.
Where Will You Find a Mother’s “Pallu” in Jeans? 🤔
In school, the teacher asked the students to write an essay on “Mother’s Pallu.”
One student wrote something so touching that it can fill your heart with emotions… 😭
Respected Teacher,
A mother’s pallu was not just a piece of cloth; it was the dignity and grace of a mother.
A mother’s pallu was used to lift hot utensils from the stove.
It wiped away the sweat and tears of her children, cleaned dirty faces, ears, and little hands.
After meals, there was a special comfort in having our faces wiped with mother’s pallu.
Whenever something went into our eyes, mother would roll the pallu, warm it gently with her breath, and place it on the eye — somehow, the pain would disappear instantly.
For children sleeping in their mother’s lap, her lap became the soft bed, and her pallu became a comforting blanket.
Whenever a stranger entered the house, a child would hide behind mother’s pallu for safety.
Whenever a child felt shy, they would cover their face with mother’s pallu.
When a child stepped outside, they would hold onto the pallu, and it became their guide and protection.
As long as a child held the mother’s pallu, it felt as though the whole world was safely within their reach.
During winter, mother wrapped her child from all sides with her pallu to protect them from the cold.
And during heavy rain, the same pallu turned into an umbrella covering the child’s face.
Mother’s pallu was also used like a towel to wipe hands.
It carried fallen flowers and fruits gathered from under the trees.
Sometimes, grains, offerings, or prasad were collected in it.
It was even used to dust and clean household things.
Whenever something was lost, mother would tie a knot in her pallu, believing it would soon be found — and somehow, it usually was.
The knot in mother’s pallu was like a moving bank or locker, and if luck favored the child, a few hidden coins would magically appear from it too.
A mother’s pallu was not just cloth — it was a magical feeling, an emotion, a shelter, and a world of love.
Today’s generation may never truly understand its warmth and meaning.
Now, when mothers wear jeans…
where will that “pallu” come from?
🙏 Dedicated to every mother whose saree pallu carried love, warmth, sacrifice, and countless childhood memories. 🙏
Before taking his final steps, Pradyumna Yadav stood inside a temple and prayed. He recorded a video. He posted it on his WhatsApp status. His words carried the weight of a man who had already given up:
“My funeral pyre is ready. I leave with no regrets. This is not my time, yet I no longer wish to stay. My wife’s cruelty has broken me in ways that words cannot describe. I have suffered in silence for far too long.”
The marriage had long since collapsed into courtrooms. His wife Arpita had filed dowry harassment charges against him, followed by a maintenance lawsuit. Pradyumna was not just fighting a legal battle. He was fighting the wreckage of a relationship that once carried the most sacred promise two people can make to each other.
He walked to a tree near the temple and ended his life.
What dies before a man reaches that tree is not just hope. It is trust. The quiet, foundational trust that holds a marriage together long before courts, lawyers and affidavits enter the picture.
Such cases are no longer rare. Across the country, more husbands are breaking under the weight of marital bitterness, legal exhaustion and the feeling that no one is listening. The institution meant to offer companionship is, for some, becoming the source of their deepest wound.
A young man met an old man and asked him:
— Do you remember me?
The old man replied, “No, I don’t.”
Then the young man said, “I was one of your students.”
The old man asked:
— Oh really? What do you do now?
The young man answered:
— I became a teacher.
— That’s great! Just like me? — said the old man.
— Yes. I became a teacher because you inspired me to be one.
The old man was curious and asked what moment inspired him.
The young man told this story:
— One day, one of my friends brought a beautiful new watch to school. I wanted it, so I stole it from his pocket. After a while, my friend noticed his watch was missing and told you about it.
You stopped the class and said:
— Someone’s watch was stolen during the lesson. Whoever took it, please return it.
— But I didn’t return it. I was too ashamed.
Then you closed the classroom door and told all of us to stand up. You said you would check everyone’s pockets until the watch was found. But you also told us to close our eyes while you searched.
So we did.
You went through everyone’s pockets, one by one. When you reached mine, you found the watch and took it. But you didn’t stop. You kept checking the others’ pockets too.
Then you said:
— Open your eyes. I found the watch.
You never said anything to me. You didn’t punish me, and you never told anyone it was me. That day was the most embarrassing moment of my life.
But it was also the day I was saved from going down the wrong path. You didn’t lecture me, but your actions spoke louder than words.
That day, I understood what it means to be a real teacher. And that’s why I became one.
Do you remember that day, teacher?
The old man replied:
— I remember the situation and searching for the watch, but I don’t remember you — because I also had my eyes closed.
This is what true teaching is:
If correcting someone means embarrassing them, then you don’t truly know how to teach. ❣️
A man sits in his office quietly, meditating. His office hums with activity, working on oiled wheels.
Files reach him, information is shared with him and large folder bound files for the "PM only" are brought to him by certain designated people in sealed tamper evident envelopes or locked dispatch cases.
He reads into the files till late at night, cross checking and rechecking his information. Multiple divisions of the MEA, Indian embassies abroad, intelligence agencies, security units and the PMO are being briefed and given last minute instructions.
Late in the night, a call is put through to the FM, it is picked by the second ring. A brief conversation and the phone is cut off.
A flight leaves New Delhi in the morning and the India's PM lands in Abu Dhabi in the afternoon.
Day One May 15, 2026: He signs a LPG Petrol deal and an investment deal of $5 billion with a more stable energy supply with UAE & leaves for Netherlands.
Day Two May 15-17, 2026 : In the Netherlands he will sign an agreement for Green Energy, for trade, shipping, ports, and technology. Deals here usually help India with logistics, semiconductor related cooperation, and access to European business networks.
Day Three May 17-18, 2026 : On the third day, he will be seen in Sweden, for green technology, industrial cooperation, and support for sustainable manufacturing.
The fourth day, May 18-19, 2026, he will be in Norway where he will negotiate on India's fuel security especially gas, maritime work, shipping, and clean energy projects.
The fifth day, May 19-20, 2026 he will be negotiating Italy's co-operation in the fields of machinery, aerospace, defence equipment, and manufacturing.
He will return back the fifth day. Calm, quiet, and stoic. He will not complain that he worked relentlessly for 140 crore Indians while others enjoyed their Sunday. He will ignore the criticism and the mockery and immerse himself back into his work.
While a handful of Indians like Bhagwant Mann will abuse him, berate him, for increasing the price of fuel by Rs 3, he would have secured India's future for the next 100 years when fossil fuel will deplete and the whole world will rely on renewable energy sources.
That is why he is called the Vishwaguru.
A person unaffected by criticism or praise, focussed on his country's sustenance and development.
