@Tataev Why battery size was not increased? We waited for such long time and seems the wait was worthless. Battery size was biggest restriction in Tiago.ev and sadly still is.
@cmohry I had filed a request to correct spelling in my 4 years old daughter name. All documents were verified with CSC and with Nagar Parishad officer as well in person but it is still the same old name . Request was submitted on 12th jan'26. Application number is HRBDCORN 2026 03175.

@OlaElectric Good initiative but i believe restricted to papers only. This ticket was opened 3 months ago and still unresolved. My ola care+ subscription has also expired. I needed to change the brake pads and do the normal service. Please help
@bhash@OlaElectric i am begging to get the scooter issue resolved since last 3 months..I couldn't utilize my ola care + subscription. Please look into both these matters i.e scooter service and subscription renewal. My complaint is still pending on ola app for more than 2 months now.
@bhash@OlaElectric Please show same proactiveness in service area as well. My scooter is pending for service since last 2 months. Everytime i connect with OLA person, I get the same msg "we are working on it". What is the use of OLA Care+. I have spent 4000 to get good services but getting nothing.
@OlaElectric Ola as an organization is a scam. Raised multiple complaints/request but none of them were addressed. My scooter service is still pending;now more than 45 days. To all who all looking to buy a new ola, please be careful as all service centres are currently shut down.

@nitin_gadkari sir please look into the 200 limits of recently announced yearly 3000INR fastag pass. Please also release a plan for unlimited transactions with some additional price as daily commutation on highways will consume at least 2 tranactions and this way it will only last for 4 mnths
@nitin_gadkari Excellent step for daily commuter but my request to you sir if you can also provide option for unlimited passes. I understand this may incur additional amount but at least option should be provided. I hope that the govt is also working on such option.

@OlaElectric Irresponsible. I have to say although I am a big fan of @bhash strategy and confidence. An emergency ticket was lodged 4 days ago and still no one has come to support. Scooter is still at my home and at critically low battery. What is the definition of emergency support?
@OlaElectric I am very much proud of being part to this community but recently faced an issue and lodged an emergency support ticket. 1 day has already gone by, I really don't understand the concept of emergency support if no one contacts you even after 1 day of raising ticket.
