Dear @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia

Why no penalty has been recovered from @Infosys for such huge downtime in their portal. Is there any Penalty or Recovery clause in the agreement made with @Infosys. Every IT Company has its Service Level Agreement (SLA).

I further request @theicai to demand penalty & recovery from the Govt to waste huge professional Manhours from last 7 Years. The fund can be used in CABF.

ITR/Tax Audit के Due Date के Extension की डिमांड इसलिए हो रही है क्यूंकि इन्होंने अप्रैल से Sept तो जो करना था, वो सब Delay किया है जैसे

Delayed release of Utilities..
ITR-6/7 offline utilities still not available...
ITR-5 Offline Utility made available 2 days back...
Technical glitches and errors in released Utilities...

हम लोग Extension अपने शोक या मजे के लिए नहीं माँग रहे है, इसकी जरूरत इसलिए है क्यूंकि आपकी लाडली इंफ़ोसिस का कोई भी काम सही वक्त पर नहीं होता है करोड़ो लेने के बाद भी और उनकी गलती की क़ीमत हम क्यों चुकाए
