This is a powerful reminder of how our education system works in India. Parents give their "ALL" to educate their kids. Our kids are the future of India & we are standing tall because of our young population.

We definitely need to relook at our entire education system, have a clear strategic roadmap on education, jobs, growth.

Lot of changes with AI coming in - NITI Aayog did some research with BCG, NASSCOM earlier & advised that our entire STEM course needs a relook. (https://t.co/5D3ip2pq9c)

Just one figure from @rahulgandhi ji’s talk at Kota says it all:

🔹Money extracted by the system from NEET students and their families (22 lakh students per year) = 1.32 Lakh Crore.

🔹India’s entire education budget = 1.40 Lakh Crore.

🔹I have only one thing to add to it: Loans forfeited by the government of India to its favourite businessmen: 16 Lakh crores.

@vyasa1968 Security is one thing which everyone is appreciative of Yogi. But unemployment, farmers issues, fertilizer availability, cattle issues etc is a valid concern. Many sitting MLAs have strong anti incumbency against them as well. Infighting also is another issue.

#BJPs ultimate focus for now is to get more MP's in LS so that they can pass all key bills which needs 2/3rd majority. (i.e constitutional level changes like delimitation, etc).

It's TMC (Mamta didi) now, might be Uddhav's party tomm, SP & Jagan's party next, DMK etc etc - to reach the magic figure of 362 !!

Merger of TMC, Jagan's party & others could well be the blessing in disguise for Cong.

This is also forcing the regional parties to reach into a stronger / broader acceptance of Cong under #RahulGandhi.

Can they still win against BJP in #2029MPElections? Do the opposition parties even know how BJP & #Chanakya plays !!!

@IYC protests on #EducationJustice is not getting the attention of what @CJP_for_India is getting !!!

Why is that ? Who’s really supporting #CJP from behind the scenes ?

Do the PEOPLE believe that @RahulGandhi & @INCIndia can be that effective opposition to #BJP on all these issues ?

#Congress seems to be the only opposition which is atleast doing something - where are the others ? They (TMC, DMK, SP, RJD, AAP, etc) seem to be drowned in their own miseries !!!

@RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi @kcvenugopalmp @kharge & @INCIndia has to course correct themselves if they really want to win in 2029 !!!

If the people don’t take them seriously, then they will be willing to follow anyone who’s bringing in the fresh wave of change (like the @TVKVijayHQ @TVKPartyHQ in TamilNadu)

But there is frustration, irritation & mood for CHANGE !!!

Hope @BJP4India is able to bring down this narrative over the next few months !!!

Protests are fundamental to a healthy democracy. All sections of the community have the right to protest, provided it is peaceful and within the bounds of the law.

I am seeing too many posts by supporters/cadres of political parties wanting to take credit or trying to discredit any forms of peaceful protest. Keep it simple folks !!

Let their voices be heard, and let the leaders acknowledge the issue at hand and make the right decisions. This is not the time for power struggles or ego to interfere.

Students are the future of our nation, and it is our responsibility to build a platform that empowers them to rise, shine, and prove their worth.

To restore credibility within the student community amid the recent paper leak controversy, the government must clearly communicate its roadmap to the people of India and outline concrete measures to ensure such incidents never happen again.

I think it’s a municipal school and hence Mayor takes precedence and then MLA but not IAS !!

If it was a state govt school, then what @chnmharish said is correct.

Just some details

1. The Protocol Hierarchy (Order of Precedence)
The precise ranking depends on administrative jurisdiction, which can sometimes lead to public debate between municipal authority and legislative rank:

If it is a Municipal Corporation School: The Mayor is officially recognized as the "First Citizen" of the city and holds the highest ceremonial authority over corporation-owned property.

Therefore, the Mayor takes primary precedence at the event. The MLA, as the elected legislative representative of that constituency, follows right after.

If it is a State Government School: The MLA outranks the Mayor in the strict State Warrant of Precedence, as they are a member of the state's legislative body.

The Administrative Official (IAS Officer/Commissioner): The Corporation Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, or District Collector (IAS cadre) represents the executive branch. While they manage and coordinate the event, they legally rank below elected public representatives (Mayor and MLA) in ceremonial procedures

True, most important for any analyst / pollster is to be neutral and listen to what people are saying on the ground & from all online channels. If you don’t have the data, then it’s better to be quiet rather than peddling other’s stories ! And how can their output be unbiased (unless they are being paid by political parties!!!) - this is v important.

Principles like this needs to be reevaluated / reviewed with changing times. Some core principles doesn’t need to change but this principle means - DMK has to get full majority always. Then don’t crib. Every political party wants to survive & grow. Not be treated without respect and not a party on paper only!! So this needs clear strategy to evolve when needed and not get stuck !!

As usual in any party, tall leaders will always clamour for the top post. And its no different in @INCIndia.

My Views - Who is the RIGHT candidate for Kerala CM from INC?

My choice is @kcvenugopalmp - simple reasons below.

1) Loyal Congressman, grassroots player, organizational man.
2) Understands Kerala people & their needs,
3) Understands Kerala & National Politics very well.
4) Has clear vision for Kerala with detailed roadmap.
5) Not Corrupt, Not controversial.
6) Willingness to help others (not for money but for humanity)
7) Ability to influence others, great negotiating skills, determined, ability to carry everyone along.
8) Kerala is a very diverse state with max hindus (55% or so) but christians (16-18%) & muslims (25-26%). INC has got 41 Hindu MLAs, 31 Christian MLAs & 30 Muslim MLAs plus very strong IUML & others as partners.
9) National level exposure.
10) #KCV Closer to INC top leadership & all state/regional leaders.
11) #KCV wants to come back to his state (after 7 long years) & serve the people of Kerala now.
12) Other candidates @vdsatheesan & @chennithala can have different roles for now. #vds4keralam is NOT for now but for later - he's young, has got the energy, has the age & he has deftly helped drive the momentum for @INCKerala but 2026 is a different ball game.

@chennithala is an old hand, understands kerala politics better than no one else & he can take on a bigger role within the party, become DyCM but not CM !!!

To run such a great diverse team within INC & external, you need a statesman and stalwart - and only @kcvenugopalmp fits the bill.

Best part is BJP is rattled with #KCV being in the fray.

#KCV moving to kerala will also pave the way for a new GSO & the Organization needs to start preparing for 2029.

If #KCV4Keralam doesn't happen, then he will have to take on the INC National President role from Kharge ji.

So what will @RahulGandhi @kharge #SoniaGandhi do? I am sure they have taken a decision & just waiting for some excited Cong folks supporting #VDS to calm down !!! These excited folks are not helping @vdsatheesan at all !!

Suspense won't continue for long & INC doesn't have the luxury of waiting for 50 days as well !!! Need to have a new #KeralaCM by 23rd May 2026.

What a journey from @actorvijay to #CMVijay @TVKVijayHQ !!!!

People who have always struggled or took lot of time to grow from zero to hero in life / career should be inspired with #CMVIjay’s journey & do not forget the direction by his father @Dir_SAC & mom. A big salute to all.

Vijay’s discipline & the way he was brought up speaks volumes of his dedication in serving the people of TN.

This election is not about caste, money or any other factors. This is ONLY about CHANGE (mattram) & @TVKPartyHQ & teams have been able to generate the right momentum at the right time and everything finally worked in their favour !!! (Finally is the word as “dharmam” cannot be defeated !!)

All the best for Vijay, #TVK & all the allies particularly @INCIndia which is the first alliance partner for Vijay.

The first partner is the MOST IMPORTANT ONE & rest will follow. @RahulGandhi & @girishgoaINC made this happen. Thanks to all the others who stood in this epic journey.

Just a word of caution though - People are all watching and good governance is the need of the hour and please ensure all your manifesto promises are delivered on time.

Superb but if you can please come out of your AIADMK bias mode & put in your unbiased journalist hat & answer this - (actually wanted to know your genuine views)

1) Do you think AIADMK can prove majority with DMK & other allies on their side?
2) Do you think then govt can survive for long ? (understand 2017 scenario where everyone thought EPS will fall in 2 months but he finished his full term)
3) Don’t you think then ADMK & DMK are just fooling people just to cling to POWER?
4) If TVK is not allowed to prove their majority in the floor of the house (agreed cross voting will happen) - do you think people of TN will forgive ADMK & DMK or do you think they will bring back TVK with massive mandate?
