जो लोग यह तर्क दे रहे हैं कि भाजपा के भी सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता TMC के शासन में मारे गए थे, वो यह न भूलें कि इसी राजनीतिक हिंसा के खिलाफ जनता ने भाजपा को चुनावों में इतना भारी बहुमत देकर विजयी बनाया।

राज्य में नई सरकार का गठन हो चुका है, मुख्यमंत्री शपथ ले चुके हैं। बिना किसी लाग-लपेट और किंतु-परंतु के यही कहा जाएगा कि भाजपा के शासन में विपक्षी पार्टी के प्रमुख नेता पर हमला हुआ है। कोई भी तर्क इसकी गंभीरता को कम नहीं कर सकता।

कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखना और सभी को सुरक्षा देना सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है। लोकतंत्र में विरोध की पूरी गुंजाइश है, असहमति भी हो सकती है, लेकिन हिंसा, पत्थरबाजी और इस तरह की भीड़ आधारित राजनीति किसी भी हालत में स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती। राजनीतिक असहमति को कानून-व्यवस्था और लोकतांत्रिक मर्यादाओं के भीतर ही व्यक्त किया जाना चाहिए।

यदि किसी जनप्रतिनिधि की सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर लापरवाही हुई है, तो इसके जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।

17 साल के छात्र सार्थक सिद्धांत ने जिस तरह से CBSE बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में On Screen Marking System (OSM) के tender documents और RFP (Request for Proposal) को पढ़कर बिंदुवार सवाल उठाए हैं, वो काबिले-तारीफ है।

सिद्धांत ने पुराने और नए RFP की तुलना की, clauses पढ़े, discrepancies निकालीं और सार्वजनिक रूप से CBSE की टेंडर प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किए।

उसने सिर्फ आरोप नहीं लगाए, बल्कि दस्तावेजों की तुलना करके एक pattern समझाने की कोशिश की।

जिस दिशा में उसने बिंदु उठाए हैं, उससे साफ लगता है कि टेंडर प्रक्रिया में कुछ तो ऐसा हुआ है, जो सही नहीं था।

कम-से-कम CBSE की तरफ से इस बच्चे द्वारा उठाए गए बिंदुओं का जवाब भी उतने ही पारदर्शी तरीके से दिया जाना चाहिए।

सार्थक सिद्धांत की सूझबूझ, presence of mind और गंभीरता की खूब सराहना की जानी चाहिए।

Today, many are discussing rules, procedure, and protocol. But supporters argue that if he had not taken a stand, the issue might never have received attention.
To them, leadership is not only about rank — it is about standing with your people when they feel unheard.
