@AmazonHelp Oh my god, that #ridiculous and #impossible #CustomerService! A few days ago I spent 55mins trying 2 solve a small issue-useless. Now this! I'll see how this resolves but after spending thousands of £ with #Amazon, I suspect its time 2say goodbye. #shame Amazon's going downhill.
