बिना सही ढंग से अनुभव का सत्यापन किए बगैर रिजल्ट प्रकाशन किया गया है। अधिकारियों को पता ही नहीं है कैसे सत्यापन किया जाता है अनुभव। अनुभवी बच्चों के साथ विश्वासघात है ये ,अगर ऐसे ही करना था तो क्यू अनुभव का जिक्र कराया गया था
