Your suspension support team is terrible. My other account has been suspended for 4 months now with no response from my open ticket. I've sent multiple of Refiling emails and I've not had 1 reply. I was also a paying subscriber, i had to cancel my subscription due to me not being able to use this platform.

This is 1 fault of this platform that i am very disappointed in.

I had my account hacked in the 360 era and they locked it down over a year and only offered a partial refund even though they were very clear they knew it was hacked. Just sat in investigation forever.

Hi @instagram, someone hacked my account and activated the double authentification method

So I've been able to change my password but i'm blocked after this step

Ironically, this method is supposed to protect accounts, but as you can see it can be used against users

Any help ?
