@HomeTown_In @jagograhakjago He said that is not possible on our faces, It's been 5 months if we wouldn't had followed up, No one would have bothered to check what's the status of the delivery, We even wanted a call back from the store manager and no one has bothered to call us, we want a full refund.

@HomeTown_In @jagograhakjago When asked for a compensation for the 5 month delay, He offered us a gift voucher of 3k which we told him that it is not worth a compensation after our order was for over 2 lakhs, We asked for a refund of the item as well as the item to be delivered when it is done.

@HomeTown_In @jagograhakjago Even after visiting the store, Mr. Surender was extremely unprofessional and gave another false commitment of 25th May, When asked to speak to the Store manager, Mr. Mithilesh, We were advised that he was on a week off and his cell phone was off.

@HomeTown_In @jagograhakjago In January, it was told that the delivery will be made in 25 days and we are now in mid May.The item hasn't been delivered as yet. We had call and ask for a status and have been advisee to take the sample table for the time being as they they have a clue of the purchased product.
