The host that went down is backup and we are currently doing live migrations to re-distribute the load.

All VPS auto rebooted via HA configuration that was in place. Some VPS needed keys typed in to boot. some we ended restarting services or the whole vps again. Overall most everything was back up and running just a few minutes later.

One of our host systems went down and has brought down quite a few VPS servers. We're working on bringing those back up ASAP.

Today, our team worked to apply new WHM/cPanel updates that came out at 9:00am PST. All but a few systems which are scheduled for later today have had the patch installed. The CVE IDs are CVE-2026-29201, CVE-2026-29202, and CVE-2026-29203

This morning, our team worked to apply a mitigation update on customer servers that were identified to be vulnerable to the new Dirty Frag (CVE-2026-43284, CVE-2026-43500).

We will be performing maintenance on the Ultra SAN storage for our Velocity 3 product on Monday starting at 9 PM PT. We do not anticipate any service interruption at this time. The maintenance should take approx. 10-30 minutes.

We will be undergoing some firmware updates tomorrow night on one of our internal firewalls that will only affect our main website and knowledgebase websites. This maintenance is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) at 11pm pacific.
