When we started, we just wanted to create awareness about gender-based violence but we ended up not just creating awareness but also getting girls who have been abused by their guardians into safe homes, counselling them and ensuring that their education was not affected.

The man has been arrested,proceedings start on monday. Our girl is in a safe home till her parents get to Warri.
