I have been staying in a building managed by City Property and have consistently paid a water bill of no more than R100. However, this month I received a bill of R855 for water- that time I stay alone, and I am always at work. Don't recommend it to anyone @city property
@CityPowerJhb You guys are honestly the worst service provider. You just don't care about your customers that pay for this service. You do not prioritise your customers because how is it possible that every month Bree Substation is affected with power outages? Why is there no improvement??
@CityPowerJhb At this point we can't expect much from you...7 full days without electricity and water. And that Friday can change to the following week but after all there is nothing much we can do but wait
