@DanGreenMN She should do a little homework. Denver is very expensive and rents are waaaaaay above market. Also, they built a lot and a lot of units are sitting empty. During Covid the city went up in cost and down in safety. Denver is not a good example.

70% of homes in Colorado use natural gas for heating and cooking, residents are worried Democrats are moving towards banning it

“The group behind this initiative, Advance Colorado, says the state's clean energy goals are putting into question how accessible natural gas will be in the future”

Democrats are saying this isn’t necessary because it’s not illegal to use or sell natural gas, except here’s the part Democrats don’t want you to know

Colorado Democrats support and advanced policies aimed at significantly reducing natural gas use, especially for home heating, cooking and buildings and moving toward electric. They even have a long-term target of phasing it out by 2050
