ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ వరుసగా రెండో ఏడాదీ జాతీయ స్థాయి పురస్కారాలు అందుకోవడం పట్ల రాష్ట్ర ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి, పంచాయతీరాజ్ మరియు గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ పురస్కారాలు కైవసం చేసుకొనే ప్రక్రియలో భాగస్వాములైన పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ఉన్నతాధికారులు, సిబ్బంది, సర్పంచులు, వార్డు సభ్యులకు ఆయన ప్రత్యేక అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.

న్యూఢిల్లీలో కేంద్ర పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ నిర్వహించిన కార్యక్రమంలో రాష్ట్రం తరఫున అవార్డులు స్వీకరించిన పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ కాంతిలాల్ దండే గారికి, కమిషనర్ శ్రీ కృష్ణ తేజ గారికి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేశారు. ఈ పురస్కారాలు రాష్ట్రంలోని గ్రామీణ స్థానిక సంస్థల పనితీరు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల నిబద్ధత, అధికారుల సమష్టి కృషికి నిదర్శనమని పేర్కొన్నారు. అవార్డులు అందించిన ప్రేరణతో మరింత ఉత్సాహంగా పని చేసి గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి, సుపరిపాలన లక్ష్యాల సాధనకు కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు.

ఈ ఏడాది రాష్ట్ర పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ జాతీయ స్థాయిలో మొత్తం ఐదు అవార్డులు గెలుచుకోగా అందులో తిరుపతి జిల్లా బొక్కసంపాలెం మహిళలకు స్నేహపూర్వక వాతావరణం గల పంచాయతీల్లో ప్రథమ స్థానం దక్కించుకుంది. సుపరిపాలనలో విశాఖ జిల్లా శృంగవరం నంబర్ వన్ ర్యాంకు సాధించగా, పేదరిక నిర్మూలన, మెరుగైన జీవనోపాధి అంశాల్లో చెమ్మెళ్లపల్లి రెండో స్థానంలో నిలిచింది. స్వయం సమృద్ధి విభాగంలో గుండమల, అత్యుత్తమ మండలాల్లో కుప్పం 3వ స్థానంలో నిలిచిన విషయం విదితమే.

In 2008, I had planned a robust youth wing structure for Yuva Rajyam, the youth wing of PRP. After 12 years of launching @JanaSenaParty, through many hardships and struggles, our cadre is now filled with experience and maturity and is ready to take on organizational responsibilities, handle politics, address public issues, and work towards Nation Building

On this occasion, my wholehearted thanks to the Telangana Yuva Rajyam youth wing, and special thanks to the youngsters who believed in me and have stood by me from 2005 till now.

I commit today that I will work towards building young and dynamic leaders of integrity, commitment, and patriotism. Naya Bharat will witness the rise of amazing leaders from Gen Z.

This Gen Z is tired of appeasement politics, dynasty politics, caste politics, divisive politics, and regional politics. This entire generation is looking for leaders who take responsibility and bring back the politics of accountability, not leaders who weaken Bharat on global platforms. They look forward to a strong and robust Bharat.

My stand on Telangana and the interests of its people has always been consistent.

Following the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, while certain law and order concerns were raised, I clearly opposed the implementation of Section 8, as I believed it would undermine the self-respect and right to self-governance of the people of Telangana.

I have always maintained that respecting the aspirations and rights of the people of Telangana is as important as addressing the security concerns of the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Instead of invoking provisions like Section 8, I believed that special coordination mechanisms, parliamentary oversight, and measures that build mutual trust between the two states would provide a more constructive and lasting solution.

I have never supported politics that seeks to destabilize Telangana. My belief has always been in protecting the interests of the people of both Telugu states through mutual respect, peace, cooperation, and a spirit of brotherhood.
