Opus 4.7 with Adaptive thinking was the only model out of the 6 I tested that got it right 😅

Excited to see that onboarding completion increase by 6% with the adjustments. Going to continue iterating and testing until ~80-90%

It's been about 12 hours since launch!

Currently we are sitting at 60% onboarding completion. I have analyzed the funnel in PostHog and moved a few steps around. Hoping the changes can increase onboarding completion to > 80%

After 1 week of creating a few TikTok and Reddit posts I have decided to rip the bandaid off and launch the pre-order.

I was blessed enough to have 27 pre-orders. Will be looking to see how many of them get through onboarding.
