Has anyone been seeing obviously erroneous errors where Amazon is saying that you can't send to FBA because product is over stocked but it clearly is not? We have 60 units in FBA and sell 20-30 a day.... Even their other algo is telling us to restock

Amazon pushes AWD as a great option for your buffer stock. This is the 2nd time in a month we CLEARLY have low stock and they won't let us ship from AWD. We are selling 140 units a day, have 1000 units at FBA, more on the water. This is the exact use case of BUFFER stock! I'm probably not even going to bother to fight it because by the time it is solved I won't need it....

@michaelpatron0 If Amazon Seller Support is failing to resolve your issue after multiple unresolved and closed cases, tag @amznsellerhelp in your posts. They will have a look at it and escalate to the correct department for you.
