@lennartprimal It doesn't matter whether it's supplemental, Preformed Vitamin A (Retinol & Retinyl Esters) from animal foods, Provitamin A Carotenoids (Beta-Carotene) plant foods. Although the plant form is more harmful because it breaks into retinol and retinoic acid. Its all bad
