We've been in El Nido without our bags for days. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we're spending hours searching for basic clothes and swim gear - time we were supposed to be relaxing. This is frustrating. Please just get our luggage delivered. @TurkishAirlines

Day 3 in El Nido without luggage! 🏝️ Bags arrived in Manila Feb 19th but still stuck. PIR MNLTK21355 is untrackable. @TurkishAirlines staff opened bags, @AirSwiftPH won't fly them. NO delivery date. This is unacceptable negligence! @TK_HelpDesk @MIAAGovPH #TurkishAirlines #travel
