According to the Citizens Charter of India Post, Speed Post should take 4-5 days for delivery. But unfortunately my documents are stuck at just 70 kms(at Tirupati TMO) from the origin for the last 5 days. No helpline numbers, No status update. @IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw

@IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw I request @IndiaPostOffice to amend their Citizens Charter(5-7 days to 10-12 days for speed post) and assure their customers the services in the Citizens Charter.
I couldn't attend my interview because of the delay. Worst delivery service. No grievance redressal.

@IndiaPostOffice Disappointed to say that my documents still didn't reach my location. Latest status is dispatched from Jaipur TMO on 12 April which is just 180 Kms from my address. It's been 10 days "speed post" has not been delivered. @AshwiniVaishnaw @IndiaPostOffice

@TheLallantop Highly disappointing. This is not the way to "Amrit kal". Again a major setback for hard working and poor students who can't afford to buy the paper.
Students have travelled even 500 km to exam centres. Their hope has shattered.
The exam should be conducted again in a fair way.

Train delays due to fog is a persistent problem in Indian Railways.
Isn't there any solution to this problem? Or there is no political will to tackle this?

Sir, more than 12 hours delay for almost every train except trains of "elite class"(Rajdhani).
People don't have space to accommodate in waiting rooms.

I am travelling by train(22988). Irctc sales guys selling water bottles above MRP(selling at 20, MRP is 15) and that too is a local brand. I request authorities to take action asap.INR 5 over per bottle is a big scam.
